• Effectively lead and manage the team to develop solutions that meet compliance requirements and deliver high-quality results.
• Define and provide recommendations on the technical strategy to support the future definition and design of business applications across various functions and system integrations.
• Take responsibility for the performance and effectiveness of technical delivery in multiple projects, aligned with corporate growth and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with business functions to identify opportunities for enhancements, manage the enhancement pipeline, and oversee the delivery lifecycle.
• Oversee the development of applications, whether done in-house or outsourced, and ensure a smooth rollout, including user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and post go-live support.
• Take charge of the development, maintenance, and support of the company\'s application systems in the Asia region.
• Maintain project organization and ensure smooth project execution.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of cross-functional aspects to provide well-rounded solutions.
• Monitor and manage complex dependencies to ensure the continuous delivery of projects aligned with corporate business goals.
• Understand the context, strategies, and plans of stakeholders, engaging and respecting their perspectives and contacts.
• Display sound judgment, competency, and courage in decision-making processes.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to the corporate and departmental direction.

• Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline with at least 7 years\' experience in IT Project Implementation. Technologies include: Java, .Net, Cloud Technologies such as AWS & Microsoft Azure and ERP System.
• Proven working experience as technical developer with at least 2 years in Java Technical Lead capacity or equivalent. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Cloud Technology /PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
