Job Description
We are assisting our reputable IT Services client to look for Technical Lead -VMware & Windows (Non UNIX) enthusiast to join their dynamic team in Petaling Jaya
- Job Type: Permanent
- Salary: up to RM10,000.00 (Depending on experience)

- Assists in maintenance tender Scope of Work and tender clarifications
- Provides costing for incident support / define project scope of work and man-days required
- Attends tender briefings and provides input to pre-sales on complex solutions
- Plans for Levels 1, 2 and 3 engineers\' technical training requirements
- Monitors and assigns incident tickets and ensures these are escalated according to process and updated accordingly
- Leads problem management and resolution in the supported products.
- Leads and manages projects related technical implementation issues.
- Defines project risks with Project Manager on project implementation activities and tasks
- at least 3-5+ years of experience managing a small team in an IT related environment, and hands-on onsite.
- Technical skills requirements in any of the following areas :
- Preferred Minimum Certifications: MCITP, MCTS, MCSE, MCSA. Any of the following Certification will be a plus: VMware VCP6, HP ATP, AIS, ASE, MASE and ITIL.
