1. Lead & supervise technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
2. Provide advanced technical support, diagnose complex vehicle issues, and assist technicians in problem-solving.
3. Communicate and coordinate with Proton Headquarters regarding technical concerns, vehicle issues, and product improvements.
4. Prepare and submit reports such as MIR, FIR, and QC to relevant departments for further action and assistance.
5. Mentor and guide technicians, providing technical knowledge and ensuring continuous skill development.
6. Ensure all repair and diagnostic work meets company standards and customer satisfaction.
7. Work closely with the Workshop Executive and Service Head to implement job assignments, new procedures, and special projects.
