Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.

• Solid understanding of industrial automation, with knowledge of servos, inverters, PLCs, and their application solutions.

• Previous experience with reputable companies in the industrial automation field is highly preferred.

• Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently, results-oriented, and highly motivated.

• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English and Malay.

• Willingness to travel overseas frequently as required by projects.

Responsibilities
1. Insight & Strategic Planning

• Provide in-depth insights into product applications, customer pain points, and competitor analysis from a product and solution perspective.
• Explore new leads and opportunities to support product positioning and business growth.

2. Customer Requirements Management

• Engage closely with customers' technical teams to fully understand their requirements.
• Deliver value-added solutions, manage requirement processes, and support in defining international platform products.

3. Product & Market Expansion

• Collaborate with overseas sales teams to form an operational team (CC3) and jointly drive market insights and expansion.
• Provide technical support during solution selection, commissioning, and implementation to ensure project success.
• Incubate and replicate competitive solutions across industries and regions to strengthen customer influence and brand reputation.

4. Internal Knowledge Sharing & Team Empowerment

• Share successful cases and solutions to enhance team capabilities.
• Support team members in building technical knowledge and customer engagement skills.
• Contribute to product optimization and innovation, creating a closed-loop system to strengthen long-term solution competitiveness.
