Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- Min. 3 years working experience in repair and servicing machinery
- Have Leadership experience & management skills
- Creative, independent & always motivated by driving continuous improvements.
- Good Communication (oral and written) in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of VSD will be an advantage
- Management of the Technical Support & Application teams
- Development of technical skills of the team members
- To share lessons learned and technical knowledge transfer to the team members, leveraging the knowledge management of the team
- Participate in sales activities by providing product demonstration and advanced technical support to sales teams
- Developed strategic planning, set yearly sales budget and action plan for Technical team
