Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering collaboration and performance across product and process engineering functions.
Resolve complex manufacturing challenges, applying structured problem-solving and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Champion product quality lifecycle practices, embedding compliance and excellence throughout the product's journey.
Oversee validation activities, including planning, execution, and documentation across equipment, processes, cleaning, and computer systems.
Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance, acting as the site's validation expert and ensuring alignment with evolving industry standards.
Maintain and execute the Site Validation Plans, proactively identifying risks and leading mitigation strategies.
Facilitate risk assessments and investigations, ensuring validation deviations are thoroughly analyzed and addressed.
