Requirements

• Welcome no experience or fresh graduate to apply.
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in presales, technical support, or solution engineering (fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin (advantage).
• Ability to translate technical features into business value.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Presales Engineer to join our team! You'll play a key role in supporting the sales team with technical expertise - helping clients understand how our solutions can meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover from presales to implementation.
• Support tender preparation, documentation, and solution design.
• Provide technical training and consultation to customers when needed.
