We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist to develop and execute product strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs Roadmap Development: Define and prioritize product features, building a clear and executable product roadmap Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback and behavior to inform product decisions and improvements Data-driven Decisions: Use data and KPIs to assess product performance, making adjustments to strategy as needed Product Launches: Manage the product launch process, ensuring successful rollout and adoption Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for product updates and provide regular status reports to stakeholders Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation

Requirements

Proven experience (3-5+ years) in product management or a related field Strong understanding of any product development methodologies Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with teams Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
