About the Role:

We are looking for a practical and organized individual to join our team. This is a hybrid role perfect for someone who has a technical background (Electrical/Electronic) but also enjoys coordinating project timelines. You will be based in our office, ensuring our hardware is configured correctly and our projects stay on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

Monitor project timelines and ensure hardware delivery and setup schedules are met.

Hardware Configuration:

Perform initial settings, configuration, and testing of supplied hardware before deployment.

Technical Troubleshooting:

Act as the first point of contact for hardware issues; troubleshoot faults and arrange for external repair if necessary.

Basic Repair Works:

Perform minor in-house repairs, such as changing power adapters and re-crimping network cables (replacing crystal heads/RJ45).

Documentation:

Maintain simple records of hardware inventory and project status updates.

Requirements:

Education:

Must possess at least a

Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (E&E)

or equivalent.

Experience:

This is an entry-level position. 1-2 years of experience is a bonus, but

fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with basic circuitry, power adapters, and cabling (crimping/termination) is required.

Soft Skills:

Good organizational skills and the ability to communicate project status clearly.

Language:

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, [9:00 AM - 6:00 PM], Office-based Saturday [9:00 AM - 6:00 PM], Work From Home
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
