Position Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (On-site)

Role Responsibilities:

• Project Planning:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify project dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project plans, progress, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Project Execution and Monitoring:
• Coordinate and manage project resources, including cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may impact project timelines or objectives.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
• Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
• Risk Management:
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and requirements.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations effectively.
• Budget and Resource Management:
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize project efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendor management teams as needed.
• Quality Assurance:
• Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
• Conduct regular quality reviews and address any identified issues.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.

Qualifications:

Qualification:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in the IT industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
