Technical Delivery Manager - Core Banking
Responsible for leading the end-to-end technical delivery of core banking initiatives, from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and support. Ensures delivery quality, compliance with standards, and smooth coordination across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive project delivery, managing risks, dependencies, timelines, and budgets.
Translate business and functional needs into technical deliverables and plans.
Align designs with enterprise architecture, security, and control standards.
Oversee AS/400 development (RPG, CL, COBOL, ALDON) and ensure system enhancements are implemented effectively.
Coordinate testing (SIT, UAT, performance, security) and manage cutover/post-go-live support.
Provide clear status reporting to project and program leaders.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
9+ years' experience in banking/IT delivery management.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and IBM AS/400 technologies.
Exposure to Silverlake core banking modules (Deposits, Loans, Payments, Channels, Reporting, Wealth, etc.).
