With production facilities in Batu Kawan, Penang, they are expanding their team and welcoming fresh graduates and experienced candidate to join.

• Define clear technical development requirements based on needs analysis and product development processes.
• Manage project scope, planning, cost-benefit, quality, risk, resources, performance, and post-project review.
• Lead project members in proposing innovative concepts and driving implementation, including identifying and applying for patents.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in engineering or science-related fields.
• Background in non-standard automation equipment or R&D of automated production lines is preferred.

• Candidates should aim to grow into a technical project manager capable of providing technical support to projects (including but not limited to mechanical design, electrical control, or vision algorithms).
• Willingness to travel nationwide as required
