• As Project Managers, take full ownership, commanding authority and accountability for business and technical success, while gaining leadership experience in a growth-oriented technical environment.

• Business Development - Facilitates the customer development process to independently secure new business and bears direct responsibility for cultivating recurring business with past and/or current clients.
• Support for Work Sharing - Assumes accountability for proactively pinpointing work packages or opportunities that warrant work sharing. Collaborates proficiently with the Functional Manager to advocate the inter-design center project staffing model while maintaining a balance between the project\'s, customer\'s, and employee\'s individual requirements.
• Independently oversees clients\' expectations across all facets of full value stream projects AND/OR product commercialization projects. This encompasses establishing anticipations for the challenges inherent in developing products or test systems. Expectations are also effectively managed concerning project scope, schedule, budget, risks, deliverables, and any revisions to the original proposal.
• Orchestrates projects to successful financial execution, striving for a 100% conversion rate. Precisely employs the company\'s business systems to project revenue for both active projects and opportunities.
• Proficiently manages team resources and spearheads the program towards successful completion. This entails collaborating with the engineering team to identify solutions aligned with customer requirements. It is equally crucial to collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless incorporation of the company\'s designs into the company\'s manufacturing solutions sites. Assumes the responsibility for fostering future company leaders.

Education & Experience:

• Holds a Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering or related field is required for this position.
• At least 4 years of technical project management experience is required.
• 5 years in Technical Lead Role will also be considered
