\xef\xbb\xbfSummaryTechnical Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.Responsibilities\xef\x82\xb7 Lead the planning and implementation of project in terms of resources, budget and timelines.\xef\x82\xb7 Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.\xef\x82\xb7 Define project tasks and develop full scale project plans.\xef\x82\xb7 Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.\xef\x82\xb7 Provide direction, support and motivation to project team.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure consistent quality assurance of the project.\xef\x82\xb7 Technically sound, capable to articulate and explain to customer for challenges or issues that are facing during the project.\xef\x82\xb7 Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and ensuring project complete within planned timeline.\xef\x82\xb7 Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions in a regular manner to customer.\xef\x82\xb7 Proactive manage changes in project scope.\xef\x82\xb7 Project evaluations and assessment of results.Minimum Requirements\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in (Computer/Telecommunications), Electronics, Electrical or equivalent.\xef\x82\xb7 With PMP Certified will have added advantage.\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in project management software\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 3 to 4 Years of experience in project management\xef\x83\x98 direct work experience in project management capacity\xef\x83\x98 proven experience in people management\xef\x83\x98 proven experience in strategic planning\xef\x83\x98 proven experience in risk management\xef\x83\x98 proven experience in change managementEssential\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in managing telco/enterprise related projects.\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.\xef\x82\xb7 MS-Project and MS-Office knowledge.Sub Specialization : Information Technology;Project Management
