TECHNICAL RECORDS EXECUTIVE
This position reports to Manager, Planning & Technical Records
Responsibility
Maintains an effective technical record keeping system to ensure the aircraft, engines and components records are kept in accordance with company\xe2\x80\x99s and Aviation Authority\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering
Preferably with 3 years experience in aviation sector
Traits
Good command of spoken and written English
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Google Apps (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) & Microsoft Office. Knowledge in AMOS software is an added advantage.
Meticulous, proactive and able to perform efficiently in a team environment
Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, good follow-through on work
Willing to travel as and when it is required
Able to work independently
Duties
Implement and maintain an efficient technical recording system that meets continuous airworthiness and to prepare ARR packages for airworthiness review.
Implement and maintain an efficient aircraft delivery, re-delivery, de-registration, aircraft ownership changed and export system that meets continuous airworthiness and lessor standard.
Maintain an effective system for the archiving of technical records.
Maintain archives for safe storage of aircraft maintenance records.
To prepare a draft of an aircraft statement i.e NIS, no PMA parts and ICS.
Update the daily operation maintenance data.
Make sure the aircraft maintenance forecast is in an orderly manner.
Perform aircraft hours and cycles data verification.
Responsible for maintaining technical records data in Airline Maintenance and Operating System (AMOS).
Update the engine, APU and landing gears component removal and installation.
Ensure on time production of reports and statistics for aircraft, engines and APUs for user departments.
Preparation of the LLP and mods status records for removal of engine, APU and Landing Gear.
Manage the engine, APU and Landing Gear Shop Visit Reports.
Preparation of engines, APU and landing gears data for new aircraft induction or delivery.
Preparation of the (PMTS), LLPs and parts status report on engines, APU and landing gears for aircraft deregistration exercise or audit by lessors.
Make sure the aircraft maintenance forecast is in an orderly manner.
Perform components replacements label booking.
Maintain component data integrity in Airline Maintenance and Operating System (AMOS).
Verifying and reporting back tasks for the Line, Base and maintenance visit check package.
Scanning and archiving aircraft documentation.
