Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Noida sector 62. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for performing full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting and hiring qualified candidates. Additionally, you will be required to regularly communicate effectively with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and candidates, and other personnel to ensure an efficient and effective recruiting process. Qualifications Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting A proven track record of success in recruiting/hiring Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel, from entry-level to executive management Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Experience in recruiting in the technology industry is a plus
