Technical Sales Engineer provides highly relevant technical support to a large group of customers. Their job is to determine, monitor, and provide solutions to the challenges clients face. Sales support engineers often deal with tech-related companies and products. Job Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for the business development with the existing & potential customers 2. Visit project sites after-sales services. 3. To attend technical inquiries/requests/training/troubleshooting required by end users & provide solutions to them. Job Requirements : 1. At least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (any field). 2. Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia. 3. Good interpersonal / communication skills, able to prepare written report 4. Self-motivated, able to work independently & demonstrate high customer care standards. 5. Good analytical skills, team spirit, problem-solving skills, and presentation skills. 6. Able to travel. 7. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply for this position.
