Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Prepare commercial from the SAP system & technical proposal to customers.

2. Prepare sales forecast report for the management by monthly or quarterly.

3. Attend meeting for negotiation, tender clarification or any technical issues.

4. Liaise with clients - technical team, procurement or finance.

5. To do all the filing and maintaining the documents in proper sequence for each assigned job or order.

6. Coordinate with principal, sub-contractor, internal teams and logistics company for job arrangement.

7. Analyst and divert all the information from the service report prepared by the service engineer to clients.

8. Liaise with internal team (procurement, finance, HSE, logistics & HR) for any documents required for the tender process.

9. Be a focal person to lead the project from the beginning until completion.

10. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

11. To support field service engineer for inspection/service job (if needed) in onshore/offshore.

Requirements

1. Degree in Mechanical or any related engineering field.

2. Fresh graduate or up to 2 years experiences in technical sales or field support in oil & gas/marine industry.

3. Familiar with Heat Exchanger/ HVAC, Diesel Centrifuge, Fresh Water Generator.

4. Good in communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

5. Able and understand to read technical drawings, datasheet or any related documents to technical.

6. Proficient in handling paperwork and maintaining organized files.

7. Proficient in MS office, MS project, Primavera or any tools to develop the schedule or technical drawing will be bonus.

8. Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations or on-site support.

9. Positive, eager to learn, problem solving mindset and independent.

10. Candidates who can start immediately are highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
