Achieve the revenue target of RF Division with an effective execution of the marketing strategy
Principal Accountabilities Sales Revenue - To increase sales revenue and generate new revenue stream by identifying new opportunities for RFM products such as RF cable assemblies, Power Amplifier and other\xe2\x80\x99s RF opportunities in Test & Measurement and Communications market segment - Work with Country Manager in developing Key Customers in Malaysia - Direct Engagement with customer in sales, product applications and technical queries - Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales revenue target - Update sales activities in CRM Customer Satisfaction - To plan, organize and manage customer relations resulting customer satisfaction - To establish strong relationship and network with new customers and existing customers - Work closely with customer service team to ensure delivery reliability target is met Strategic Tasks: - Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities from new or existing customers - Identify new business opportunities from key line cards - Working closely with Country Manager in Malaysia to develop unique proposition in engaging market needs through our product line and services POSITION SPECIFICATIONEducation Degree, preferably in Electrical and RF/Electronic Engineering Experience At least 5\xe2\x80\x908 years in RF Passive Products/RF industry
Experience in RF Cable and Cable Assembly is an added advantage
