Promote and sell the company's technical products and solutions to customers within the Johor region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure consistent sales growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in the assigned area.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide technical support to customers as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and report customer feedback for business improvement.
Prepare periodic sales reports and updates for management review.
Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits when required.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical or industrial sales.
Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate product value effectively.
Good interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel within the Johor region and surrounding areas.
Possess own transport and valid driving license.
Report to HQ office once a week.
