Work closely with the Sales team to understand client needs and propose suitable software solutions.
Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase capabilities and value..
Prepare and customize Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to address client-specific requirements.
Respond to technical sections of RFI/RFP documents and create solution proposals.
Act as a technical advisor during the sales cycle, addressing client questions and concerns.
Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to ensure smooth handover from presales to delivery.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and partners.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in software presales, solution consulting, or technical sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Good understanding of software solutions such as BI, analytics, low-code platforms, or enterprise applications.
Ability to create technical documentation and respond to RFI/RFP requirements.
Familiarity with databases, data visualization, and workflow automation is an advantage.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
