Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and manage a diverse team consisting of technical personnel, customer service representatives, and administrative staff. Service Operations: Oversee the service and repair operations for electrical home appliances, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues and inquiries. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by guiding the customer service team in providing professional assistance and resolving customer concerns through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and chat. Technical Support: Collaborate with technical personnel to provide support and guidance in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to home appliances. Team Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying training needs. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance service processes and procedures to optimize efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking and evaluating service team performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, response time, resolution time, and service quality. Generating reports to provide insights into performance trends and suggesting corrective actions when necessary. Documentation and Logistics: Oversee administrative functions, including documentation tasks (e.g., invoicing, warranty claims), as well as coordinating the packing and shipment of parcels. \'What are the requirements to apply\' Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within the home appliances or related industry. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with home appliances, their repair processes, and troubleshooting methods is highly desirable. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, effectively manage conflicts, and drive performance to achieve goals. Customer Service and Communication: Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple teams and prioritize tasks effectively. Problem-Solving Aptitude: Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer and operational issues efficiently. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in ensuring accuracy and quality in administrative tasks and documentation.
