-To install and maintain PC hardware and software, printer and network devices -Configure modem, router, and IP CCTV for company branches Troubleshooting via remote access to branches and provide guideline to assist regional supervisor and regional technical support in the event of any problems of devices -Dealing with vendor via phone/email communication -Prepare installation for new branches set up -Follow up communication via phone/email among team, Government Agency (RTD) and vendors Requirement: -Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate -Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent -At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh Graduate with practical experience are encouraged to apply. -Required Skill(s): Window XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, Linux Operating System, Basic understanding in Networking, TCP/IP, Configure Router , Switch, IP -Ability to work with minimum supervision -Flexibility in working hours to meet project deadlines -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple and concurrent tasks -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Must have team work -Posses own transport - Car -Willing to travel as and when requested -Working 6 days a week by rotation including Saturday / Sunday - Prefer who can join immediately Job Types: Full-time, Contract
