Penerangan Kerja
Kelayakan
2-3 years of experience in technical service, automation, or industrial equipment support
Engineering background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, or related disciplines
Willingness to travel internationally for customer support, installation, commissioning, and training
Comfortable working at customer sites and manufacturing environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on troubleshooting approach
Good communication skills, able to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
Customer-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and professionalism
Tanggungjawab
1. Debugging and commissioning of automated equipment
Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and start-up of automated equipment
Debug and validate mechanical assemblies, including motion systems, actuators, and precision components
Troubleshoot electrical systems such as control panels, PLCs, sensors, drives, motors, and safety circuits
Set up, calibrate, and optimize laser processing technologies (e.g. laser ablation, scribing, drilling, or marking)
Ensure equipment performance meets process, quality, and safety requirements
2. Technical analysis and troubleshooting
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment issues and performance deviations
Support equipment modifications, upgrades, and retrofits to improve reliability and efficiency
Perform equipment debugging and process optimization to enhance throughput, yield, and stability
Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvements
Document troubleshooting activities, modifications, and optimization results in technical reports
