Job Description
: We are currently seeking a Technical Service Engineer responsible for essential customer assignments involving systematic fault finding and delivering timely, accurate, and safe solutions. The role involves close collaboration with customers, leveraging specialized understanding to act as a trusted advisor and determine appropriate solutions. Success in this role requires:
- Independently conducting advanced inspections, fault finding, installations, repairs, and commissioning of products and equipment.
- Considering energy efficiency, environmental impact, and maintenance costs when providing customer support.
- Conducting complex troubleshooting and repairs independently and providing technical feedback.
- Analyzing failed products and reporting abnormalities to relevant parties.
- Proficiently operating equipment for independent testing and issue diagnosis.
- Supporting warranty investigations and commissioning new launch products.
- Developing routine work procedures in line with safety standards.
- Qualified technician in mechanics, hydraulics, and electrics.
- Minimum 6 years of equipment experience, including 3 years of advanced troubleshooting.
- Proficient knowledge of the heavy machinery environment and equipment applications.
- Strong safety culture.
- Customer service focus with motivation to achieve targets.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and initiative-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
