Technical Service Manager



A. Technical Service - Key Responsibilities:



Provide technical support to customers regarding, applications and troubleshooting. Collaborate with sales and R&D teams to address customer needs and develop customized solutions. Assist in the creation and review of technical datasheets and product specifications documentation. Support R&D team during scale up and site trial stage of new and product improvement developments. Support quality assurance efforts by analysing on site product performance, failure modes, and process deviations and feedback to R&D team. Maintain a technical knowledge base and update internal documentation with test results, and application data etc. Provide practical training sessions to specialist applicators.

B. Technical Sales Support Specialist

- this role, you will act as a critical link between our technical and sales departments, ensuring that our customers receive expert guidance and support in selecting and using our flooring systems. You will provide pre- and post-sales technical assistance, contribute to customer satisfaction, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide technical product support to the sales team and customers, including product recommendations, performance data, application guidance, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with R&D, quality, and production teams to provide tailored technical solutions and product modifications. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training sessions for customers and internal teams. Assist in the preparation of customer proposals, quotations, product documentation, and specifications. Respond to customer inquiries regarding product suitability and project operating conditions. Track and manage technical service cases, maintaining accurate records of interactions, solutions, and outcomes. Support new product launches with technical content and application data.

C. Product Manager

to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our resin product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and manage the resin product portfolio, including epoxy, polyurethane resin systems. Collaborate closely with R&D, sales, technical support, manufacturing, and marketing teams to drive product development and commercialization. Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and areas for improvement. Lead product introductions, enhancements, cost optimization, and phase-outs. Ensure that product specifications, technical data sheets, safety documentation, and marketing materials are current and aligned with regulatory standards. Support the sales team with product training, technical presentations, and competitive positioning. Analyze product performance metrics, pricing strategies, and profitability to inform business decisions. Act as the voice of the customer in internal meetings and product development planning sessions.
