Please avoid unfamiliar acronyms, project names or BAT jargon and ensure terminology is external market friendly. • The person is SAP Expertise. Utilize deep knowledge of SAP ABAP modules to lead data migration efforts, ensuring seamless transitions. Require experience in BoDS data migration tooling.
• The person with Data Migration Strategy experience. Develop and execute a comprehensive data migration activities including load preparation, .
• The person with strong Project Leadership. Leading cross-functional teams to plan, manage and execute data migration projects including Project Data Cutover activities within SAP.
• The person with infrastructure experience with ability to manage technical aspects of BAT platforms etc. Basis, technical upgrade
• The person with Data Validation Skill. Oversee data validation to ensure data quality and data integrity after migration.
• The person with Risk Mitigation Skill. Manage to identify and mitigate potential risks related to data migration while ensuring compliance with data protection and regulatory requirement.
• The person with Change Management Skill. Manage collaboration with stakeholders to communicate changes and facilitate smooth data migration.
• Working closely with Functional team to understand data requirement & able to work/manage outsourced partner
• Establish data migration plan and ensure OTIF completion of UAT & Production data load includes collaborating with different teams during system cutover.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGEESSENTIAL (please provide only criteria considered to be \'must haves\')Experience Required(Please put the most critical information in the first 2 points

• 10 years and above of experience in SAP ABAP with proven experience in managing data migration projects
• Strong expertise in ABAP modules and SAP data migration tools specifically BoDS.
• Ability to expand data toolset to improve efficiency and maintaining data tooling roadmap.
• Strong technical process knowledge in ECC etc. table structure, data models
• Understanding of ABAP/Data integration knowledge etc. SAP BTP, Performance Tuning, S4 Data Conversion
• Strong project management skills, including risk assessment.
• Excellent in communication and able to manage stakeholders
• Able to adapt to changes and diverse business environment.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required(Please put the most critical information and reflect it in the first 4 points)

• Deep knowledge of SAP ABAP & Technical
• Data migration strategy specific to SAP ECC
• Proficiency with data migration tools such as EXCEL / LSMW / LTMC
• Familiarity with different Data Tooling, S4, SAP cloud solutions is an added advantage
