Invenco by GVR has a big opportunity in the APAC region, and we\xe2\x80\x99ve achieved some great milestones in recent years. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team as a Technical Solution Engineer. Based in Malaysia, you will be responsible for solution design, providing pre-sales and sales engineering support, managing customer relationships and solutions as well as supporting tender management.In this position you will be involved in the following areas:Solution Design
\xc2\xb7 Understand, evaluate and document business needs and technical requirements of customers\xc2\xb7 Research and Design solutions for customers with global and internal teams using Invenco by GVR and/or Vendor products and solutions\xc2\xb7 Be a crucial link between customers and the company\xe2\x80\x99s business development and technical delivery teamsPre-Sales and Sales Engineering
\xc2\xb7 Provide assistance in Production of Proposals and Statements of Work.\xc2\xb7 Work with Business Development team to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate the functionality of the products and solutions to assist the sales teams to make sales which will involve customer presentationsProject Support and Technical Resolution
\xc2\xb7 Support during the Project Life Cycle including deployment of new releases to client\xe2\x80\x99s test lab, project related issues troubleshooting/log capturing & escalation to respective team.\xc2\xb7 Support pilot implementation onsite/offsite including training to service partner PM with manuals & guides\xc2\xb7 Be a main point of contract for customer, service partner & escalation to internal team for any pilot production issues\xc2\xb7 Support mass deployment for Invenco by GVR customersAbout your Experience
You\xe2\x80\x99ll have worked in a similar role with experience designing technical solutions. Most importantly, you will love working with customers and be able to collaborate across a range of different teams to get projects delivered.\xc2\xb7 3+ years experience in designing technical solutions\xc2\xb7 Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or Engineering\xc2\xb7 Proven experience working in an Agile project team environment\xc2\xb7 Has worked in a sales engineer or similar position.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English\xc2\xb7 No restrictions to travel\xc2\xb7 Desirable: Experience supporting payment systems (ie.
