The world is always changing, so we need technology solution managers who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products that affect thousands of our people & customers daily.In this role, you will work very closely with technology experts internally and external best-in-class channel partners (Google, CapGemini, Infosys) alongside enterprise architecture groups to craft and co-create the technology stacks needed for your products and platforms. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.This is a Senior Specialistlevel position within the IT Product Management job family. It involves managing the technology stack of a product, stakeholder management, driving innovation, and ensuring successful delivery of the technology stack for your product managers to deliver business value outcomes.How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• Leads POC/POV/prototyping to prove value outcomes & the defined target solution.
• Documents the High-level architecture & design constructs for solution architects to take the next steps.
• Can understand and craft messaging specifications for services on REST JSON frameworks, containers, and Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
• Has a good understanding of APIs, SDKs, and how they work.
• Works closely with the Head of Domain to translate Vision into applicable technology stacks alongside Enterprise architecture groups.
• Gains knowledge on leading technology stacks by working with the best-in-class channel partners to create capability for the business.
• Manages, develops, and drives concurrent technology stacks for projects/products/platforms within a domain.
• Possesses competence in analyzing, designing, building, or technically managing solutions that meet business needs.
• Can perform various roles in quality assurance, configuration, testing, training, and documentation of services required to implement/integrate the final solution.
• Demonstrates expertise on specific technology, product, or platform, to manage their build and run components.
• Balancing strategic with immediate needs, to achieve business goals.
• Analyzing complex requirements and designing solutions according to agreed architectural standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Development Team: Collaborate on product development, clarify product requirements, and address any technology obstacles to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• IT Leadership: Align with strategic objectives, and progress reports, and discuss potential risks or issues for swift resolution.
• Business Stakeholders: Understand business needs, translate them into technology requirements, and ensure the product aligns with business objectives.
• Gather feedback from your domain heads, and product managers, and ensure that the product meets their needs, making necessary adjustments based on their feedback.
• Suppliers/Vendors: Stay close to your channel partners connect regularly and bring recommendations to your domain head.
• Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with Global / regional /functional teams to ensure consistency in product messaging and to gather insights that can be used in product development and improvement.
• Compliance and Legal Teams: Ensure product compliance is with privacy by design and security by design principles are followed.
• Quality Assurance Team: Work together to ensure the product meets quality standards and passes all necessary tests before delivery.
• IT Ex-Comm, IT Senior Management Team, relevant Global, Regional, Country business & IT groups, ITS Express Solutions, External Channel Partners.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a Technical role or equivalent experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Able to work autonomously and independently.
• Maintain in-depth technical knowledge/specialization to be able to provide advice on its application.
• IT solutions development, data analysis, systems design, systems integration, and solutions implementation experience - proven track record for delivering complex IT solutions.
• Process knowledge: a solid understanding of the process and metrics supporting the business.
• Get-it-done attitude: capable of breaking through organizational silos; managing and achieving goals in a matrix environment; quick to adopt best practices rather than reinvent the wheel.
• Judgment and decision making: applies broad knowledge and sound judgment when evaluating risks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical senior management.
• Ability to team with, and manage, strong partner/supplier channel partners.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and fun with a collaborative and participative management style.
