We are looking for a passionate Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team and help us deliver quality solutions that continuously improve work efficiency through technology innovation, workflow optimization, and process simplification. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions, including NVIDIA GPU, vGPU, VMware ESXi, Horizon, Workspace ONE, Microsoft Active Directory, Hyper-V, and MSP Cloud Services for Virtual Desktop, Virtual Compute, Storage, and Backup. You will also be responsible for identifying growth opportunities to build up teams. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure successful delivery of solutions listed above - Identify growth opportunities to build up teams - Assist in designing the right approach to address customer\'s needs - Implement solutions that deliver true performance and value - Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate problem resolution - Establish an effective technical support framework for each deployment - Manage the status of resolution for all support cases, ensuring issues are resolved accurately and in a timely manner - Identify and evaluate customer needs to suggest upgrades, additional features/services Requirements: - Experience in Windows Server, Linux, NAS/SAN Storage, Azure/AWS or any cloud, Networking (LAN/WAN), Virtualization, and Backup - Additional experience in Cybersecurity, SSO, CDN, IT Asset Management will be an advantage - High level of analytical and problem-solving skills - High level of communication and interpersonal skills - High level of dependability and a strong work ethic - A good team player - Proficient in English, both written and spoken - Diploma or University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information - Technology, Internet Security, or related discipline If you\'re passionate about developing quality solutions and continuously improving work efficiency through technology innovation, workflow optimization, and process simplification, we encourage you to apply for this role.
