POSITION GOALS

To be responsible in the capacity of work in support of clients business needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise roles of technician in routine inspection and general office minor maintenance repairs to ensure all globes are in working condition. Respond to requests from departments regarding minor maintenance issues throughout the day Perform Work Order request from CMMS and execute with proper ATW/PTW approval. Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan Supervise third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures. Maintain equipment according to the risk assessment standards and act quickly on any issues Maintain engineering store area and plant to ensure tidiness and safe access 24 hours on call standby which regarding critical equipment's

• Power system interruption (UPS, generator, switchboard, lighting trip anything related to electrical system)
• Cooling system abnormal (CRAC unit, air conditioning system any issues related to HVAC system)
• Fire protection system abnormal. (Gas suppression system, smoke and heat detection, fire extinguisher, VESDA and anything related to fire monitoring and protection system)
• Water leaks detection system.
• Any other system assigned.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Diploma/ Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field 4-5 years\' experience working as facility technician
Firefighting training and certification from fire department is a plus point
Charge man and electrical work certification Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Willing to work on shifts/public holidays/weekends
