ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY OF TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR

To lead Ops Tech and arrange assigned task to meet safety and quality objectives. Ensure responsible area meeting the 6s expectation, and requirement. To arrange daily task of Ops Tech in Daily Task meeting. To Supervise Ops Tech, organizing, and monitoring daily task execution involving: Product cycle run Qual development loading to meet department KPI such as LIPAS, HSD closure & quality Responsible on team working schedule, attendance, compliance (including site regulation and C19 SOP), shift coverage and quality performance. Maintains Ops Tech competency by training & certification. Prepare and coordinate daily ops & daily Gyat indicators for review and maintain data for bi-weekly Ops. Attend to quality issues (AAR) investigation and attending Quality Meeting. Monitor the status of collaterals and replacement parts required.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
