Job Description
Type: CONTRACT FOR SERVICE (Freelance) Pay: Per month 4000.00 only Benefit: 20 day off perannum Work Time: Standard work time (OT whenever required) Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur Technical Operations 1. Supervise all M&E works and manage a Team of Technicians. 2. Arrange and oversee vendors performing all Planned Preventive Maintenance works 3. Monitor, arrange and oversee all necessary Repair works (self-performed by team and vendors) 4. Handyman service (performed by team) 5. Attend to users requiring technical support Experience & Qualifications . Have at least 3 years of experience as Supervisor/Lead in Technical M&E . Ability to manage a Team . Certificate holder in electrical or mechanical discipline . Good knowledge of MS Office software . Good spoken and written English . Ability to be a quick problem solver, quick thinker and be able to manage internal and external parties . Good technical skills with ability to work independently and yet a Team Player . Good communications skills and able to tactfully interact with users . Knowledge of local building regulations advantageous . Confident, presenting a professional and friendly corporate image . Passion for service and client focus . Good sense of urgency and commitment . Proactive, fast learner and ability to multi-task
