Job Description

Responsibilities



Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and standard office applications. Manage user accounts, email access, and security permissions. Handle network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN). Assist in the setup of new workstations, conference rooms, and office equipment. Perform regular system updates, patching, and preventive maintenance. Support video conferencing tools and meeting room equipment. Maintain IT inventory (hardware, software licenses, accessories). Coordinate with regional/global IT teams for escalations and system deployments. Document issues, solutions, and maintain internal knowledge base. Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and data protection guidelines.

Requirements



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT Support or Desktop Support. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications. Familiar with basic networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
