Responsibilities:

• Take calls, respond to emails and chats from Customer.
• Adhere to all DXC Policies & Procedures \xe2\x80\x93 Including Security and SOBC
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Lead or/and Supervisor to support customer business requirements.
• Phone and remote support experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Language to be supported Excellent customer service skills Handle Service Requests by following the request fulfillment process. Diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve (when possible), create and assign tickets (end to end ownership)

Education and Experience Required:

• Diploma or any relevant certifications (ITIL, SDI etc.)
• Ability to commute reliably to office.
• Additional languages.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Customer Support skills
