Requirements

• Education: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. o Knowledge of the surveillance industry or prior experience in technical support or project management roles is considered an added advantage.
• Work Location: Petaling Jaya Selangor
• Language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is also preferred

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor and maintain systems as well as track project progress to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Respond to technical support inquiries from internal staff or external clients; diagnose and troubleshoot system, network, software, and hardware issues, and provide effective solutions.
• Responsible for delivering and managing contracts related to road, bridge, traffic infrastructure, or maintenance projects. Oversee day-to-day activities within assigned priorities and ensure the quality and accuracy of all provided information and recommendations
