This position provides timely technical solutions, conducts validation and service support, and ensures excellent customer satisfaction - all while maintaining MELAG's high quality and service standards.
Tanggungjawab
Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for dealers.
Conduct validation tests and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Support installation, user training, and after-sales service.
Maintain accurate records of technical cases and recurring issues.
Participate in trade shows and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on product performance.
