Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer that good at translating internal engineering speak into clear, concise directions to advise customers and vice-versa. If you are a people person who loves challenges, we want to hear from you.

• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
• On-site service support including testing and commissioning (if applicable).
• Prepare the training material and provide training to the dealer.
• Report daily activities to the superior.
• Standy support at home after working hours from Monday to Saturday.
• To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Willing to work after working hours
• Ability to work quickly and effectively under deadline pressure
• Good presentation skills
• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Cantonese and mandarin speaking would be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
