Technical Support Engineer

Job Description


At least 1- 2 years of client or customer support with demonstrated problem resolution skills; call center experience is a plus.
Strong Networking background desired.
VMware or Microsoft virtualization technology experience desired.
Demonstrated ability to learn complex software tools quickly.
Working knowledge of Windows desktop troubleshooting experience (past and current Windows OS).
Server administration experience in a Windows environment desired.
Excellent communications skills (verbal and written).
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
