Role : Technical Support Engineer/IT Support - SCCM

Location : KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Qualification :

Experiences:

at least 3 years SCCM (if possible)

Skillset Keyword: SCCM or WSUS / Window Server / SQL

Buyout:

Subject to approval. It's advisable to look for only 1-2 months notice period

Case Handling:

1.5 - 2 cases

Communication Tool:

Phone Support & Email (Teams Chat)

KPI Allowance :

Up to RM600 per month.

Working Days : Mon - Friday 9am - 6pm no weekend work

? Provide technical leadership and consultancy to enterprise customers.

? Deliver proactive services to optimize systems, prevent issues, and drive digital

transformation.

? Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical problems.

? Build strong customer relationships and represent client with excellence.

? Deliver trainings, presentations, and documentation to enhance customer

capabilities

What We're Looking For:

? Strong experience engaging directly with enterprise customers.

? Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.

? At least SPM with 3 years relevant experiences.

? Good understanding with ITIL/Service Management knowledge.

? Ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen.

? Adaptability to change and strong teamwork skills.

? Fluent in Mandarin and English due to market serving is bilingual

Technical Expertise Required:

? Networking / SQL Database

? SCCM/Configuration Manager (SME level, last 3 years): Application management, OS

deployment, driver/software updates, compliance, endpoint protection,

infrastructure design/admin, security & upgrades.

? Windows 10: Provisioning, servicing, Windows-as-a-Service with ConfigMgr.

? Window Server

? Active Directory: Sites & Services, Group Policy, Certificate Services.

? Office 2016/Microsoft 365: Deployment & servicing.

? Intune & Cloud/Hybrid Solutions: Co-management, Autopilot, Cloud Management
