Provide routine service support at assigned customer sites, ensuring effective system performance and customer satisfaction.
Offer technical expertise by identifying and resolving customer pain points, performing system analyses, and interpreting data to provide actionable recommendations.
Engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring customer operations perform optimally by analysing systems and offering innovative solutions.
Manage chemical inventory and equipment for customers, ensuring accurate stock levels and functionality to support ongoing operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic district accounts to align with their operational goals and continuous improvement plans.
Prepare reports and documentation including sample testing/analysis, maintenance, service report, monthly report, inventory report, ordering and general labor activities.
Follow company safety guidelines, adhere to incident reporting requirements, and ensure all activities are conducted within regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of technical service or field sales support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel.
