Role: Technical Support Executive- Mandarin Speaker
Location: Ara, Damansara
Exp: 1 Year/Freshers can also apply
Language: Mandarin(Speak only)
24*7 Rotational Shift
4 Weeks training
600 (Allowance with min 120 production hours) + night shift up to 400
KPI: 500 RM
Responsibilities:
Provide continuous technical support via telephone and email related to the product Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer's frustrations and solve customer's problem Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve customer's problem o Conducting basic probing to determine the next action for any software related to enquiries Requirements: Excellent English & Mandarin verbal communication skills Fresh Graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply - Full Training Provided Fresh Graduates with Cert/Degree/Diploma in IT encourage to apply
o Must be willing to work on rotational shifts
Must be willing to work in Ara Damansara
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,093.66 - RM3,100.00 per month
