Position Title TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Industry General and Wholesale Trading
\xe2\x80\xa2 Support technical inquiries from customers and propose suitable products
- Support Sales Team to handle customer\'s technical queries or requirement
- Manage customers\' products claim
- Liaise with Japan HQ on technical certification
- Set up and manage technical seminar to reach out to potential customers
- Prepare technical presentation material for events
Location Selangor
Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93 Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Precision / Industrial Engineering
\xe2\x9c\x93 At least 5 years (Senior Executive)/ 3 years (Executive) of relevant experience in similar B2B industry*, field application/design experience preferred
\xe2\x9c\x93 Candidates with mechanical design/automation knowledge will have added advantage
\xe2\x9c\x93 Proficiency in CAD/CAM, Excel and Powerpoint is a must (Access skill will be preferred)
\xe2\x9c\x93 Proactive learning attitude and have a good sense of Kaizen (Improvement)
\xe2\x9c\x93 Self-driven, able to work independently as well as a team player
\xe2\x9c\x93 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
\xe2\x9c\x93 Transport allowance and related expenses will be covered by company when visit to customer.
