About the Team
At Dasher, our Technical Support team is not your average factory setup. We are the frontline advocates of the entire customer journey -- from pre-sales to after-sales. What You Will Do
We are looking for an intern to help our team solve technical problems and keep our customers happy.
Handle Live Chats:
Reply to customer messages on
WhatsApp
and our internal chat system. You will answer questions about our products and help customers fix technical issues.
Solve Problems:
Guide customers step-by-step to troubleshoot their Smart Home devices and gadgets.
Turn Unhappy Customers into Happy Ones:
Listen to frustrated customers, stay calm, and find a solution that makes them smile again.
Update Customers:
Check warranty statuses and inform customers about repairs or replacements promptly.
Send Updates:
Send out message blasts to customers regarding out-of-stock items, shipping delays, or announcements.
Ad-Hoc Support:
Assist the team with other small tasks when needed.
What You Will Learn
Product Knowledge:
Learn everything about Smart Home IoT products and latest gadgets.
Customer Service Skills:
Learn how to handle difficult situations and communicate professionally.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Learn how to diagnose and fix hardware/software issues.
Requirements
Good typing and written communication skills (English).
Patient and polite, even when customers are angry.
Interest in technology and gadgets.
Willing to learn and help the team.
