Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support the technical team in answering customer and sales team queries.

Assist in identifying and solving basic equipment or lubrication-related issues.

Help in selecting the correct lubricant products for various machines and vehicles.

Take part in customer site visits, equipment checks, and product testing.

Help prepare technical reports, presentations, and documents.

Assist in providing Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and product disposal guidance in compliance with local regulations and Shell standards.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align technical services with broader business objectives.

Job Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Strong interest in lubricants, machinery, and industrial applications.

Good problem-solving skills with a technical mindset.

Basic understanding of lubrication principles and mechanical systems is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A team player with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Able to commit to the full duration of the internship.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM700.00 - RM900.00 per month
