Job Description


We are looking for a Technical Support for our prestigious client in the blockchain and security solutions industry. This is a remote position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support and handling daily in-bound calls and email enquiries (technical resolution).
  • Proactive in supporting clients\' site; deploy, maintain, and secure its IT infrastructures.
  • Diagnose complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions during critical moments.
  • System administration, and configuration management.
  • Understanding networking principles, protocols, routing, subnetting, firewall configurations, VPN setup, and troubleshooting network issues.
  • Communication with cross-functional teams, document system configurations, write technical documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree of Information Technology or relevant major. Open to fresh graduates.
  • Fluent in Cantonese speaking.
  • Experiences in Server Administration, Cloud Knowledge, and Virtualization
  • Able to support over weekend/public holiday as per duty roster and with compensation.
