Job Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site technical support for medical software/hospital systems

- Assist clinic staff in system usage and troubleshooting

- Coordinate with the technical team to report and resolve issues

- Support training sessions and go-live projects as needed

Requirements:

- Fluent in basic English and Malay

- Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

- Willing to travel to different clinic locations if needed

Work Schedule:

- Full-time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

- Duration and specific timing to be discussed based on availability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
