Key Responsibilities System setting up Networking configuration Network Camera setting up Familiarity with network tools and terminology (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls) Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions Manage customer complaints/requests Provide technical support to Customers/Partners via email and telephone Self-organized and very motivated to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations. Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or Professional Qualifications in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent. Candidates with a minimum of 2 Years of working experience in the related field will have an added advantage. Candidates with experience in the Security System will have an added advantage. Required language(s): BC, English, BM Strong sense of responsibility, dedicated and committed with team spirit Proactive working attitude, result-oriented and independent Medical claim Miscellaneous allowance Good job enhancement opportunities Team work, passionate and energetic work culture

In the very beginning, we concentrate mainly on Alarm System Solution. Today, we also provide full security product integration at the same time. We provides security system on planning, design and implementation and also maintenance contract for security services outsource.
