Key Responsibilities System setting up Networking configuration Network Camera setting up Familiarity with network tools and terminology (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls) Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions Manage customer complaints/requests Provide technical support to Customers/Partners via email and telephone Self-organized and very motivated to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations. Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or Professional Qualifications in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent. Candidates with a minimum of 2 Years of working experience in the related field will have an added advantage. Candidates with experience in the Security System will have an added advantage.
