Job Description
- (MUST be able to READ, WRITE & SPEAK IN MANDARIN, SPEAK CANTONESE is added advantage). English required, but basic.
- Minimum SPM holder.
- Preferably 1 year Tech Support experience.
- Country supported Business hours.
- This role is WORK FROM OFFICE - KL
- Computer literate
- Ensure all SLAs are met accordingly
- Highly motivated
- Provide a high level of professionalism and competent in giving good customer experience
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner by following processes in place
