Position: Operations Manager
Location - KL Sentral
Working Hrs/ Days - 9 am to 6 pm, Mon-Fri
Budget -RM11000 -15000
Required Skills:

  • Understanding of tech support operations.Strong leadership, operations, and management
  • Technical support operations, drive performance, and manage client relationships.
  • Experience:1+ year technical exposure;
  • 3+ years operations/management experience
  • Any Technical experience related to O365, Azure, Intune is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Lead overall operational strategy and delivery.
  • Ensure achievement of SLAs and operational metrics.
  • Manage workforce planning and resource allocation.
  • Build strong client relationships and handle escalations.
  • Partner with tech leads and trainers to maintain high-quality support.Drive customer satisfaction and operation stability.
